** The presenting author need to register by 15 March 2021, for his article to be published in Proceedings. Other co-authors are subject to "Participants" fees

*** The Guest and accompanying persons fee is reserved for spouses or companions and only includes the welcome drinks reception and gala dinner. It does not include access to the technical sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks or lunches.

Fees include:

  • Admission to technical sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • All documentation including an abstract booklet and the collection of full refereed papers
  • Lunches

  • Opening drinks reception
  • Congress gala dinner


Only payment in Euro is accepted.
Once you have registered and payment has been received, you will receive confirmation along with joining instructions for the event.

Participants can also register at the FAN 2021 desk, in the CETIM Congress Center:

  • on Tuesday 13 April, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 pm
  • on Wednesday 14 April, starting at 8.00 am.


Cancellation requests must be sent before Monday 22nd March 2021. Past this deadline, registration fees shall not be reimbursed (195 €).

However participants may be represented by a deputy on request. The organizers reserve the right to postpone the event, or to change the venue or the programme should circumstances beyond their control arise.
